By using our website (www.kraod.com) or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and secure shopping experience for all customers.

1️⃣ General Overview
KRAOD (operated by Pensive Computers) offers genuine tech products and services throughout Pakistan via our website and offline pickup point.

Accessing our website, browsing products, or placing orders constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the latest version.

2️⃣ Order Processing & Pricing
All orders are subject to verification, acceptance, and availability.

Prices are subject to change without notice, depending on supplier pricing, currency fluctuation, or government taxes.

Any price errors may result in order cancellation after informing the customer.

3️⃣ Payment & Advance Requirements
Advance Payment (Fastest Option): 100% upfront via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa for fastest processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – With Advance Fee:

COD within Lahore: Available on selected items.

COD outside Lahore: Requires a Rs. 1,000 non-refundable advance confirmation fee.

This advance fee is adjusted against the total payable amount upon delivery.

If the customer refuses, cancels, or is unreachable, the advance is non-refundable.

4️⃣ Self Pickup Terms
Self-pickup is available from our Lahore office:
67-C, 2nd Floor, Hafeez Center, Lahore.

Pickup hours: 12 PM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Requires a Rs. 1,000 advance order confirmation fee, which is adjusted in the final invoice.

Customers must wait for confirmation before coming to collect their order.

5️⃣ Delivery Policy
Standard delivery timelines apply:

Lahore: 1–2 working days.

Other major cities: 2–4 working days.

Remote areas: 3–5 working days.

Free delivery on most orders above Rs. 5,000.

Large or heavy items may incur additional delivery charges.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

6️⃣ Product Descriptions & Warranties
We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.

Original manufacturer warranty terms apply (where mentioned).

For warranty claims:

Customers must retain original box, all accessories, and proof of purchase.

An unboxing video (before breaking the seal) is mandatory for any warranty claims.

Warranty approval/rejection will depend on manufacturer assessment.

KRAOD is not responsible for rejection of claims by the brand or distributor.

7️⃣ Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Refunds are not available for advance fees or COD confirmation fees in case of order refusal, cancellation, or customer no-response.

Return eligibility depends on product condition and return reasons, as per our Return Policy.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
KRAOD is not liable for:

Courier delays.

Product misuse or damage after delivery.

Warranty rejections by manufacturers.

Any third-party product failures or service issues.

9️⃣ Intellectual Property
All content on www.kraod.com, including product images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of KRAOD Technologies and must not be reproduced or used without permission.

🔟 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Disputes, if any, shall be settled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
