- Replacement Policy (7-Day Guarantee)
At KRAOD, we ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition. In the rare case something isn’t right, you can request a replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery — subject to the terms below.
✅ Replacement Eligibility:
You can apply for a replacement only if:
The product has a manufacturing defect, incorrect specs, or physical damage during shipment.
You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order (and within 24 hours for physical damage).
The product is unused and returned with:
All original accessories
User manual
Warranty card
Original box/packaging in intact condition
🔒 Mandatory: Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any replacement or warranty claim:
You must record a clear unboxing video before opening the seal.
The video must show the unopened package and the full unboxing process.
Claims without unboxing video evidence will not be entertained for damage or wrong product.
⚠️ Important Conditions:
Product must not be damaged due to mishandling, falls, water exposure, etc.
Replacements are only allowed for the same model and specification.
No exchange or refund will be processed for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
🚚 How to Request a Replacement:
Email or WhatsApp our Support Team within 7 days of delivery.
Attach your order number, unboxing video, photos, and product issue.
Our team will verify the claim and coordinate pickup or drop-off.
If approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- Warranty Claims – Brand Authorized Support
For eligible products still under manufacturer warranty, KRAOD will help guide your warranty claim process as per brand terms and conditions.
🛠️ Warranty Coverage & Rules:
All warranty claims must be:
Within the brand’s stated warranty period
Accompanied by original invoice and manufacturer’s warranty card
Submitted along with the original box and all accessories
Unboxing video is mandatory — must show seal and full unpacking process.
Physical damage, misuse, burnt items, screen cracks, voltage damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
⚙️ Examples of Non-Covered Items:
Batteries, chargers, cables, software issues, or damages due to electric surges
Any product used without proper protection (e.g. power stabilizer for desktops)
Warranty claim submitted without complete original packaging
🔍 Warranty Claim Process:
Submit a request via email or WhatsApp with:
Invoice
Product details and serial number
Clear unboxing video
Description of issue
KRAOD will assess the request and advise if:
The warranty is valid
You should visit a brand-authorized service center, or
Ship it to KRAOD for facilitation
📌 Note: Warranty acceptance is subject to final verification by the manufacturer or their service center. KRAOD does not guarantee approval but will assist you throughout.
⏱️ Processing Time:
Brand warranty claims may take 15–45 business days, depending on product category and service location.
Items will be returned once the brand completes diagnosis and repair.
- General Terms
Unboxing Video: Without this, KRAOD will not be responsible for claims regarding physical damage or incorrect item received.
Original Packaging: Must be preserved — without the full box and accessories, the warranty will be automatically void.
Service Center Verdict: Final acceptance or rejection of warranty depends on the authorized service center or brand policy. KRAOD does not overrule this.
No Data Responsibility: Always back up your data. KRAOD is not liable for loss of files during repairs or replacement.
