How do I place an order on KRAOD?

Simply visit www.kraod.com, browse your favorite tech products, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options:

Advance Payment via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa (for fastest processing).
Cash on Delivery (COD) with advance confirmation fee.
Self Pickup with advance booking and payment.

What is the advance confirmation fee?

For all COD orders outside Lahore and for self-pickup:

Rs. 1,000 advance fee is required to confirm your order.
This fee is adjustable in your final invoice upon delivery or pickup.
If the order is cancelled, refused, or uncollected, this fee is non-refundable.

Can I pay 100% in advance?

Yes! Paying fully in advance speeds up the processing and shipping of your order.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer delivery all over Pakistan?

Absolutely! We deliver nationwide using trusted courier partners.

What are your delivery timelines?

Lahore: 1–2 working days (Same-day delivery available for select items).
Other Cities: 2–4 working days.
Remote Areas: 3–5 working days.

Are there any delivery charges?

yes 200 is normal delivery fee but it can vary based on item size.

Orders over Rs. 5,000 typically qualify for free delivery.
Large/heavy items may have additional charges, visible during checkout.

🏢 Self Pickup Option

Do you allow self pickup?

Yes! You can personally collect your order from our Lahore office:

Pickup Location: 67-C, 2nd Floor, Hafeez Center, Lahore.
Pickup Timings: 12 PM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Rs. 1,000 advance confirmation fee required (adjusted in final bill).

🔄 Replacements, Returns & Refunds

What is your 7-Day Checking & Replacement Warranty?

You can check your product for 7 days after receiving it. Contact us if:
You received a wrong or defective product.
You found missing items.
You discovered a manufacturer defect (with unboxing video proof).

Is the advance confirmation fee refundable?

yes. The Rs. 1,000 advance fee is refundable but delivery fee is not refundable if:

You cancel the order without any legimate reason.
You refuse the delivery without any legimate reason.
You fail to collect your order after confirmation.

Delivery fee will be deducted from advance and rest of the amount of confirmation fee will be refunded.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, in special cases, exchanges are allowed if:

The product is unused, sealed, and reported within 7 days.

100% YES! All products are brand new, sealed, and sourced directly from authorized distributors of brands like HP, Dell, Logitech, Samsung, MSI, ASUS, Baseus, UGREEN, Epson, Mi, Lenovo, and others.

How does warranty service work?

Products with manufacturer warranty are supported.

Warranty claims require:

Original box and accessories.
Official invoice from KRAOD.
Unboxing video before seal breaking.
Warranty approvals depend on the respective brand or distributor.
